Employee data is easy to manage by the administrator / coordinator or planner. Employees can be divided into function groups (departments, teams, areas of expertise, etc.) and locations or another variabel dimension.
Next to standard set authorities, authorizations (access and rights) can be set per department, location or employee.
Employee data can be imported one-time or periodically thru the excel import function or thru integration with other applications such as AFAS Profit or NMBRS
The Employment agreement lays down the agreed terms of employment with regard to working hours that are important for planning and time registration.
Different contract types, such as permanent contract, part-time contract, flexible or 0-hour contract can be defined.
The applicable Collective labor agreement or company specific terms of employment can be linked to the employment contract.
Multiple consecutive employment contracts are possible.
